leasing

The leasing of labor allows a subject (user) to turn to another subject (agency) to use the work of staff not directly employed, but depends on the leasing agency. In the leasing we have two different contracts:

• a temporary contract, concluded between the user and the leasing of a commercial nature;
• an employment contract concluded between the leasing agency and the worker.

Both contracts may be concluded:

• term;
• indefinitely.
