Employment Services - The regional masterplan

Through the regional masterplan - programming document sharing with the provinces of Campania Region on strategies to be pursued for the realization of the institutional services for public and private employment - the Plan will establish the first and perhaps most significant action of the system . The objectives of the Plan, under this aspect, concerning the raising of the quality of employment services in terms of expansion of services offered to citizens, improvement and consolidation of the system by expanding the network of accredited agents, as well as the coordination between public and private sectors in the labor market. The qualification of the activities of employment centers will have to allow recovery of the delays in services offered to citizens, improvement of the encounter between supply and demand, the relationship of services with the economic reality of the territory. This latter aspect will concern in particular the expansion of the program on a territorial basis Excelsior - activities to care in coordination with the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy - to ensure the detection of a sectoral basis in more detail the territorial needs of professional skills. The action assigns resources to the activities of provincial plans of Euro 18,000,000.00.
